Default Are Andrews 48H cams compatable with screaming eagle pro street tuner?

Hello I have a 2008 Softail custom with stage one Vance and Hines pipes screaming eagle intake and screaming eagle pro street tuner.

I went out out last month and bought a set of Andrews 48H cams when I was about to install them I heard that you cannot tune the screaming eagle tuner to anything besides screaming eagle cams.

Is this true or will I be able to smart tune these cams to my bike
any advice?

Maybe you should go back out and buy the Andrews tuner to be sure.

The bike is already locked to the screaming eagle tuner that’s the problem. I woulda got a different tuner if I knew this would be the problem

That is a complete falsehood.
Andrews 48 cams are the non-emission version of the S/E 255's.
Should be a walk in the park to tune.

Think about it; the tuner doesn't know whether the cams, pipes or intake are HD or aftermarket.

You are talking about the old "Race"(black) or "Pro"(orange) Super tuner?

The new "Street" tuner is very limited

The Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner has the ability to download tunes from the HD list of available tunes. 100% of these tunes are for Harley-Davidson and Screamin' Eagle parts. There are NO tunes available for non-HD parts.

Other than the standard downloadable tunes, the Pro Street Tuner has a very limited ability to make some very limited adjustments to the standard tunes. The best description of the Pro Street Tuner is that it isn't really a tuner module.

The Pro Street Tuner does NOT have the ability to effectively tune a non-EPA compliant cam.

I am not a tuner but from the description in the SE Performance Catalog, it would appear that the SE Pro Street Tuner does have the ability to flash tune a build with aftermarket components, i.e., cams, head, intake and exhaust via data logging and auto tune or on the dyno. I would think that since the Andrews 48 is very similar to the SE255, the SE 255 Stage whatever calibration could be loaded and Smart Tuned to a final configuration. What am I missing?
