The need to know the EXACT chamber volume, piston deck height, gasket thickness, piston dome volume (+or-).
Then you can begin.

The other point to consider is you say your cams like 10.8 min but you are only talking about going to 10.5 so you still won’t be getting the most out of them?
maybe your best move would be to leave the heads alone and change to a set of cams that matches the rest of your current build
