whats it doing, just straight up not starting but turning over and over? Is there a loud clunk noise when you try to start it? Once mine gets hot, if i try to start it, it has a hard time starting unless i turn the on switch and press the start button right away.

It wants to turn over but it doesn’t i try a couple times and it won’t but if I leave it for 10 or 15 mins it fires right up and then with in 15 mins of riding it hiccups

So it's just cranking and cranking but not firing until it cools down a little?

When you say "not start" it's ambiguous. Many things could cause an engine to "not start", but not firing or not cranking help us narrow it down better since we're not the ones pushing the button.

BTW I grew up about 100 mi north of you in Mercer.

It sounds like it everything wants to go but it just won’t fire... And once it fires over after about 10 miles of riding it there is a hiccup (miss fire like).. last night it actually died twice last night ( two different times) when it let off the throttle.. I’m starting to wonder if it has to do with the fuel pump or fuel pump relay? Some else said oil pump but the oil pressure is normal when it’s running..

Ahhh a northern Wisconsin guy.. right on

Check the in the tank fuel line..they are known to develop holes in them

No answer here but if the problem is a hole in the fuel line (inside the tank), the problem will not present on a full tank but will present when the fuel level drops to the location of the hole in the line which interrupts fuel delivery. At that point, if the tank fill cap is removed, an audible hissing can be heard. Check fuel pressure as the problem does sound fuel related, not electrical.
