Issues Starting
Im having issues with my bike starting right after i shut it off and try starting it again(example when i shut it off to put gas in it i have to wait 10 to 15 mins before it will start)
and while im riding it it hiccups for a sec but doesn't throw a code??
Its really starting to **** me off, can anyone help me.
Harley techs tell me there is nothing they can do ?

So it's just cranking and cranking but not firing until it cools down a little?
When you say "not start" it's ambiguous. Many things could cause an engine to "not start", but not firing or not cranking help us narrow it down better since we're not the ones pushing the button.
BTW I grew up about 100 mi north of you in Mercer.

It sounds like it everything wants to go but it just won’t fire... And once it fires over after about 10 miles of riding it there is a hiccup (miss fire like).. last night it actually died twice last night ( two different times) when it let off the throttle.. I’m starting to wonder if it has to do with the fuel pump or fuel pump relay? Some else said oil pump but the oil pressure is normal when it’s running..
Ahhh a northern Wisconsin guy.. right on

No answer here but if the problem is a hole in the fuel line (inside the tank), the problem will not present on a full tank but will present when the fuel level drops to the location of the hole in the line which interrupts fuel delivery. At that point, if the tank fill cap is removed, an audible hissing can be heard. Check fuel pressure as the problem does sound fuel related, not electrical.
