Default insert cam here

2018 107 on a ultra classic
bike has rinhart tips, jackpot headpipes 212 ,highflow se filter and s&s pump and pv tuner

I dont want to change the bore, and would like to use the 11.1 black pistons from wiseco running the stock heads and throdle body with 5.5 inj and the 777
would the results be in the same ball park as this big bore from fuel moto using 10.8:1(unable to find pistons in 107 bore at 10.8:1)
and make a good daily driver or just go the s&s 475c and stock pistons

Exclamation

FM has spent a lot of time and development effort to get that package to run like that. You are unlikely IMHO to get similar results with any other tune, unless you expend a similar amount of time etc. Contact FM if you want similar results, they may have a stock bore solution. Alternatively we have other very competent shops who have tuning packages which can produce excellent results.

Power is proportional to displacement; larger bore = more displacement = more power. Keep it simple and just do the math. 125/117=1.06TQ/HP per cubic inch so, 107 x 1.06=113 which is probably about what the OP can expect. Actually, 1.06HP/Cu In is short of 1.1 which is pretty typical for TC motor builds.

Can't find the specs on the WM8-777 cams but if the intake closes before 43*, a true 11:1 static could be an issue although from the limited info I have seen on the M8, it cranks about 225psi stock, so one would think corrected CR and CCP with this motor can be higher but manageable with a proper tune.

It was the tq curve of the fm setup ,which is a pretty amazing curve and would be a blast to drive .I am usually 2up and looking for more tq and the muscle car feel .
this is the stock setup with that cam still a really nice curve but a bit lower
really trying to get it all under 5500 I think the bump in compression was pretty key ,I also assume they are dooing 250degree rips which does not really translate in to me cursing down the highway through the hills with a temp in the 300ish temps .
here are the cam specs TW-777
22/4244/20
244 244
.575 .575
.200 .187

Talking

Just to tease you, for a little extra this is FM's 120" big bore kit which should get the two of you off the line in style:

The graph shows peak numbers; however, 100TQ at 2600rpms and peaking at 113TQ by 4000rpms should not leave you wanting for torque.

first part pipes
i buzzed them today and we talked pretty cool that they called me back . running a stock piston bore is out never spec right I would have to agree. I have built a few engines but they all had 8 or 6 cyl car but the logic moves stright to the big twin , with that said im going to send them the jugs and do there 777 build this off season let the pros do what they do . They have really done the hard work of testing time to pony up .

with out getting to tekey its in the tested combo which will save money for tires lol

thanks to all who replied

hell the 120 looks like a neck breaker but 117 looks like hi pressure butter

I will be sure to check back when im done with the build .well i dont think u ever get done so here is were i started

the second part and third really go at once

SE filter without cover

the dynojet tuner

the dynojet Aplus but it comes on and off with tuning steps taken . Not sure if i like the look of the se intake I have the gear cover but it may change . air assemblys are all a bit pricey but this one seemed the most tunable .
