Default Worth it to do TB/injectors on 107?

Stock bottom end, 107 kit, FM Level B heads, Wood 999-6a cams, D&D Fat Cat, Power Vision tuner, tuned on a SuperFlow dyno made 110rwhp/121rwtq. Haven't had it on a Dynojet in 6th gear yet for that TRUE number LOL. Drives like a dream, gets over 40mpg, etc.

What are the pros/cons going to a bigger TB(HPI) and/or injectors? Is it worth the price of admission on the road(power, driveability, throttle response, etc.) or is it not worth the trouble on a mild 107 build?

I'm going to say no. Will you get gains, yes. Not worth it for $500+ when you probably won't notice it the gains that will show on a piece of paper

If your current injectors are not being driven past 90%, no need for larger injectors. A larger throttle body is touchier at low throttle settings, but stronger at mid to upper rpm.

More like a 1000 when tuned... Those are pretty good numbers. If it runs real good why introduce more...

Couldn't tell you, they didn't build my motor or tune my bike and they are 1000 miles away from me.

I have the same setup as you except the heads (ported by dan vance), the exhaust (V&H pro pipe) and the 50mm screamin eagle TB

Loaded base map from FM plus 5-6 autotune sessions with target tune and the bike made 118hp 126tq (not a dynojet dyno) and looking at the dyno graph there's still some torque left on the table (no HD tuners in spain, at all)
