Default Help with my build

So I'm putting S&S 100" Sidewinder with TC3 Cam plate and Oil pump with 583CE on my 03 Night Train and was wondering since the TC3 upgrades to 07-up style plate and pump, can I use 07-up cams? I want to use newer style roller chain drive like in conversion kits instead of splined style. Would that work or are the cam journals diff sizes? If not, is there a way I can use the new style roller cams or if I go with S&S I'm stuck using the older style splined style cams? I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm new to motorcycle engines and trying to research it. Also, what CC heads should I use? Thanks in advance!

Conversion cams needed.
07-up cams will not work.

My understanding, from a conversation with S&S tech support when I was researching which way to go is:

1-Early style TC3 with gear drive

2-Early TC3 with hydraulic tensioners and link chains on both cams

3-Late 07up TC3 with conversion cams from another vendor

These are the choices as I understand them.
