Default Engine Identification Help

Anyone have an idea what engine this is. It does have an S&S carb and an EV27 CAM. It is on a 2007 Custom Chopper.
Any help appreciated

Great pics! Amazing that there is no overt indication of manufacturer. I'll pass pics on. No way for you to contact the chopper builder? No paperwork came with the bike? Makes it a wee pain if you have to source parts. Good luck.

Where the plug wires are hanging. PD-ES etc.
Ultima cases look like they are marked in the front like that.

It's a 2007 Ultima 80" or 88" depending on the stroke. You can look in the timing hole for an A or C for the crank stroke. The AB= 3.5" bore, 07= year
