If I was talking crank spacers on a crank / timken change, it would be to make sure the the spacer in the pic with the arrow is the correct length. That is a spacer that can pull out.. (it don't on some / all evos).. Anyway, you want to make sure that the primary sprockets line up. Check to make that they they do, figure it out if they don't. Also make sure the arrowed spacer is tall enough that the rotor clears the stator windings.
How do you check the alignment of the comp sprocket and the sprocket on the clutch hub?

The part number you posted is the kit of 5 which should include the ones I ordered. Probably could have ordered the kit online for what I paid for the 2 from my local dealer.

I ordered a 25734-06 (.120) and 25736-06 (.130) spacers. My measurements fell in between those so I order both and I'll use whichever is closer when assembled.

Verified clearance from crank to stator windings. No issues there.
Checked the compensator and the clutch hub splines before I put them on. I don't see any concerning issues with the comp, but to be honest I don't really understand how they wear out. Is it the spring pack on the stator rotor?
I don't have a "water hardening flat stock" to check primary sprocket alignment, but I do have an Empire square, which is Made in USA.
Can't get much straighter than that.
Inner primary bolted on with new sealing bolts, have a new comp bolt ready to go, and a new clutch hub nut on order.
