I used the seals and flanges that came with the SE manifold. Everything fit together nicely, but it seemed to me like the seals should have been thicker for a tighter seal. Looking at it now, it's quite obvious that I have it installed wrong.
This picture was taken when I first suspected and then confirmed an intake vacuum leak. I took it apart, added a light bead of high temp RTV, and reinstalled it, being careful to make sure the seal lined up. Of course, that's all irrelevant if it's assembled incorrectly in the first place.
I suppose that's one of the dangers of taking something apart and putting it back together several months later.

I got my parts last Friday, plan on spending some time out in the garage this weekend.
