I've had a couple minor setbacks, but should be getting close now. I had the wrong exhaust gaskets, got that corrected, and had a little trouble finding my original ECM and O2 sensors that I took out back when I installed the Tmax. Then I figured out what the mystery connector was that my oil cooler fan had apparently chewed up when I went to plug in the front O2 sensor. Found the replacement plug on Amazon and now I should be moving forward again.
Tomorrow I've got a full day of beer drinking planned, and Sunday is Indy 500/Coke 600 day, but Monday is officially Finish the Damn Bike day.

No progress yesterday, but I did have a successful day of drinking locally crafted beer, starting at a crawfish boil at a local brewery at noon, then to another brewery, then to a friends birthday party, and ending at home on my deck around midnight.
I'm needing a bit of recovery time today, a full day of laying on the couch watching racing should do the trick. Might sneak out to the garage to spend a little time on the bike, but my plan is to wake up early tomorrow and hit it hard. If its not running tomorrow, something went wrong.

Successfully spent most of the day hanging out in the basement watching racing. Indy 500 was a decent race, Coke 600 hasn't been very exciting so far. Winding down with a chocolate porter watching the end of the race.
I did spend a little time in the garage between races and during a rain delay. Finished up installing the original ECM, ran the wiring under the tank to the bars for the Power Vision, reinstalled the forks and front wheel, and put the tank back into place. Ran into my first issue there, the quick connect started leaking as soon as I reattached the fuel line. Time to dig through the forum, I think I remember that you can use an oil drain plug o-ring as a temp fix for the fuel fitting. I've also got something funky going on with my clutch that I'll have to address tomorrow.

Nearing the moment of truth...
Got the exhaust on, fiddled with the clutch, finally figured out that the issue must be with the ball/ramp mechanism on the exhaust side cover. Wish I would have figured that out before I put the exhaust on. It is possible, as I've discovered, to remove the trans cover without removing the exhaust, but it wasn't any fun. Got the clutch adjusted and replaced the o-ring in the fuel quick connect, using an extra o-ring for the oil drain plug as a temporary measure until I can get the correct fuel resistant o-ring. That was a bit of a challenge.
Triple checked everything and filled all the fluids.
Letting the battery charge for a bit as I'm loading the Power Vision tune from Fuel Moto.
ZZ Top on the garage stereo, ribs on the smoker, and hopefully shortly I'll have a running motorcycle.
