Default Stage?? Results Breakout FXSB 2016

Finally got my 16 Breakout back from the dyno. Here is the dirty. I had them dyno the bike bone stock after I broke it in.
Max tq 88 max hp 68 (consistant with most 103s)
Then I did the following
Cylinder heads - decked for 9.41:1 comp, Bigger valves, Port and polished.
New Cams - MR 103 - simple (like me)
Exhaust - Bassani 2 into 1
Intake - SE heavy breather
HD SE tuner
Cam Plate - I don't feel this is a performance adder - its pretty that's all
New plugs, OEM valve train.

Resulting Dyno gave this
Max tq 107 at 4000 (above 100 from 3300 to 4700)
Max Hp 91 from around 2700 to 3800

Thats extra 19 tq and 23 hp (all at the wheels of course)
Realistically it is very expensive to add this but it does feel very snappy. Came in around $4000.

I don't know if your softail has the Rushmore stock cams in it but a good tune in a Rushmore will net you 105/82 I read all the time. That is a ton of money for suck a small incremental increase in hp basically. My buddy just installed Andrews 57h without increasing compression (and even though I've seen his chart), I can't remember his numbers but they are similar to yours, maybe one or two more hp. His bike is impressive at any rate. Would definitely pass my stocker with ease, but couldn't keep up to my other buddy on his bone stock Indian Roadmaster with the huge 111" lol.

Default Power Updates

Here is a follow-up. I thought that the bike was running rougher than it should. So I took it in to a different dyno. First of all the SE tuner was junk and it got pulled off right away. I ended up with a visions tuner. The SE tuner was not able to deal with the requirements over 5000rpm and it would go dead and the capabilities were not great.

New results - Max HP 94.82 (so an overall increase of 27 HP) and Max Tq 115.77 (an overall increase of 28 ftlb) That's 39% for HP and 31% in TQ over the stock numbers.
Next improvement will be a bigger TB - probably a 50 which will clean up the 2k to 3k variables.

Doesn't the '16 have a 50MM already?

i think ... and am wrong plenty....that HD has it at 42 to run it lean. The shop told me that going to a 50 would be great. He could be wrong too. That would not be the first time.

I'd save the $400 for a larger TB.
