Default S&s 110 kit

I have a 2010 crossbones that is stock and very under powered would like to do something about it but the choices are making my head spin and I don't want to sacrifice reliability and I like the idea of easy Start cams any suggestions ?
thanks
Ron

Way to general a question as there are so many ways to solve the under power issue and a soution will depend on the degree to which you want to overcome the issue. EZ start cams can be built into any of the many solutions available. First thing that comes to mind is how much you want to spend; that may or may not limit your options. A 110" drop in kit is certainly a solution but one of many. The next thing you should think about is how you ride the bike and how much more power you want/need.

I wanted to keep it around $100 to $1500 but the s&s kit looks like a lot of bang for the buck

Stick with chain unless you're having your crankshaft trued, which it doesn't sound like you're planning on.

I know they don't give you muck run-out tolerance and I don't plan on putting a ton of miles on this bike I bought it for a toy and to try and keep some miles off my SG

$1500 will get you a bigger bore, mild head work, cams and gaskets; you turn the wrenches; check with Hillside and VeeTwin, both forum sponsors. You will need a tuner and tune, which will run another $800 or so; the motor work is no good without the tune.

If that is too much, try throwing a set of Andrews 48 cams at it, replace inner cam bearings, tuner and tune; $1500 almost covers that.

Persoally, I would save funds until I had enough to do it al
