Default S&S 110 Kit

Just came across this today... Is this a better option than the HD 110 Shredder Kit?

Wow i wasn't aware of that kit. Seems like some better options than the HD kit.

I wonder if you can get just the pistons and cylinders. I'd rather have throw cash at headwork than spending that much on the fancy unnecessary stuff in the kit.

Yes you can. My S&S rep was in the shop on Saturday and gave me a bunch of flyers for new products. This was in one of them. When i inquired about getting cyls/pistons alone he told me he would text me the part numbers for them separately...

He came in 2 weeks too late as I just had my cylinders bored to take my '02 bagger to 98". A square 100" would have been pretty neat in that bike!

That small increase in cubes will never be felt.
Seen on the dyno, yes, seat-o-the-pants, nope.
That $1000.00 plus kit better be able to leap tall buildings with a single bound, as our 98" kit, with a complete Cometic engine gasket set, is still only $650.00, with rings gapped, and installed on the pistons.
They are just keeping up with the "jone's".

Harley has a drop in 110" for the 96" and a drop in 117" for the 110".. S&S claimed the 106" was the safest they felt with stock case bore, then came their 107" now 110".. I'm wondering if S&S will make their 117" bigger also..
