Default High Idle

Hey guys, I have an 2004 Road King Classic that I'm having trouble with the idle. Won't idle down, I already changed out the Air intake sensor control. Still idling high. Could it be the engine temp. Sensor?

Could be an intake leak. Happened to me before where idle stayed up. Sprayed brake cleaner at the intake ports and it stumbled. Was showing as IAC error code.
