Better mileage ....no.
Maintaining speed easier...no.
Eliminating tq dip w compression....no.

These were the points from left field. Over 3500 rpm sure it's slightly better but not enough to ignore that HUGE dip.

True statements the bike the akra exhaust went on is running 10.6 compression and still has the dip in the low end tq. I actually can say I don't feel the possible 9hp loss and the tq is where is like it. Future plan is head work and compression bump so she will be better off with the d&d. I am also going to assume being the first dyno time on the akra was middle of the winter with very cold dense air being brought in vs mild more damp air. So like we said in previous posts it's probably not a true 10hp loss.

Don't disagree at all dave, That's why I said I kinda agree a little "to the point of riding style and rpm range fit"...
