Thumbs up T-Man 120R - 124 Conversion

The heads, pistons, and cylinders are at the post office. Here, they drop off the delivery slip, and usually its the next day to pick up packages.

Gearing up to join the 2.0 liter club [2032 cm2 = 120 c.i.]

Pretty excited. - I'll try to get some pictures together...

Happy Tuesday

H

Thanks YB!!

Parts happily home in the garage. Tomorrow I plan on starting the process after work. T-Man Performance sent all required parts and it's all ready to go.

I'm going to use some liquid aviation gasket on the base, it kept the base gasket from leaking.

Have a good night

Hi sporacer,

Those are some great numbers.
What was your configuration? (Cams, TB mm, exhaust?)

I have the Harley Davidson 58 mm with 5.3 g/s injectors, SE heavy breather (has S&S dual induction - long story) and Supertrapp Supermeg 2:1.

Supertrapp has been good to me. Not too loud for long rides.

I thought about a TB upgrade but -- maybe next winter. I've spent lots already.

I'm about the same except for exhaust. I'm stickin with my SuperTrapp SuperMeg 2:1 with the open end cap.

I'll set the rings Friday - according to the weatherman, 20 miles and loaded up n down...

Drop the oil [again] and run dino HD oil with a new filter. I have the Dimple drain plugs and a filter mag on the oil filter. Should grab an ferrous metal - [but aluminum....]

Looking forward to cracking the season.

Agreed! Perhaps one day I can join you, in the meantime I'm happy to read about your adventure.
