Be wary of replacement shoes off ebay. I have seen premature failures with cheap shoes in the past. Zippers makes a dual piston tensioner that may be worth looking at. Also I'm not sure what your oil pressure has been but with the mileage I would test the cam plate to make sure your Oil Pressure Relief Valve is sealing correctly and that it pops off at the correct pressure. The spring tends to wear out and the cup also sticks causing low oil pressure at idle. Definitely check the crank run out!! The new crank assembly is junk and will likely be out of spec.
