106" Head Gaskets
Gathering parts for 106" build. Going to use S&S cylinders with Wiseco pistons, Level B heads, SE 50mm throttle body, Woods 777 cams and lifters. The bore on the cylinders is 3.927 and I am going to have heads set at 82cc and want to go with a .030" head gasket. With the Wiseco flat tops that should bring my compression up to 10.5:1. The only .030" head gaskets I can locate are the Cometic MLS 3.937" bore. Is it ok for head gaskets to be .010" larger than cylinder bore.

You'll be just fine.
BTW, our 107" kits come complete with all Cometic gaskets needed for the entire job, to include our Wiseco pistons, and the cylinders are bored/honed then plateau-honed as well.
We set the ring end gap, and install the rings on the pistons as well.
10.5 is about as hard as I'd push that 777.
