Default Adjustable Pushrod choices

Looking at either the S&S Quickee Pushrod kit 106-6051 or S&S Adjustable 93-5095 for my 14 FXDWG.

Other than price, whats are the differences?

With the quickees you do not need to remove the rocker boxes to install them.

Are you installing adjustable pushrods for any particular reason?

I was looking at the SE #17900032 w/the black tubes but thought I should stick with S&S. You have the SE's on your bike? Just curious as it looked like you went w/ the 93-5095s on the Softail build.

So you have to go in from the top with them... removing tank/rocker cover & assm. vs just pulling the tubes & going in from the middle?

If you have stock pushrods and don't want to remove the boxes, you'll have to cut out the old P-rods.

Ok I found it on an s&s video.

Quickies don't require the lifter/tappet cover removal. Where as the standard s&s adjustables do. Both cut out the old prs.

Beat me to it! Right with quickees they telescope enough to not require tappet cover removal. This helped me when I was futzing around with adjustment and then forgot to put the tubes on properly lol. For the difference in price it worked out. I think I got them at phat performance cheaper than any Amazon or eBay merchants
