Glad ya got it all worked out. For the record anything you do to a motor voids the extended warranty. Even just slip ons. Bike has to be stock.

One would think the dealer/HD would designate tuners or have them certified to tune the bikes making them run cooler, better and more efficient. My bike was LEAN to the point I can feel the difference in this cooler weather right away the bike runs cooler. The dealers with in house Tuners have a good thing.

Bob got 103HP and 110TQ out of buddy's 103 with bolt in 888's, cheap power pipe and breather. Man that bike rips!

Post up your cams and the tuned numbers.

My dealer insured me the Rinehart's would not affect any warranty work (as long as I bought them and had them installed there).

As far as the tune........yeah I get that part. That bike was getting about 3mpg better than my GF's stock 103" so tell me without seeing the first run data how lean it was with those .579/.246 cams, SE breather and baffle-less mufflers.

I have the book right here it states 103HP and 110TQ from this engine kit using their download. Bob is getting 111/116 tuning these kits. IDK WTF they left out besides the download (the 10.5 pistons is everyone's best guess).

First time shame on them and its staying that way.

It's the extended warranty that's effected, not the MoCo warranty. Extended warranty is a third party warranty, if you haev problems and go thru them and they decide to come to the shop to inspect, you'd better hope the shop puts all stock parts on the lift and hides ANY aftermarket parts you have. They will void it. I've seen it more than once, both at the dealer and at the Indy shop I wrenched at. If you have a regular warranty issue (within the first 2 years) you'd better go to the dealer that told you they'd cover it. Other dealers might not if there is aftermarket parts on it.

It's surprising how much a proper tune can gain you over what the download has.

I will post my results, i know the counterbalanced motor and heavy *** rear rim/tire will show a little on the dyno, as the motor gets all that weight spinning, but should be fun anyhow. If i get near 90/100 give or take ill be happy.

Got a buddy with a 09 SG with stage iv kit but used tman 660 cam. Bike flys. 115hp 120 tq He doesn't put a lot of miles on the bike so I'm REALLY curious as to how reliable this build is but it does run !!!

That build is at the VERY upper limit I would go on a stock crank. As long as he's not continually flogging the hell out of the engine he should be fine for a long time.
