Default changed oil now whining noise

I just changed all the fluids in my 2000 Road King - I put 3.5 quarts in the main, 1 quart in the primary and about 24 oz in transmission. I used Mobil 1 vtwin syn in the main and primary and redline vtwin transmission oil with shockproof in the transmission. There was no whining noise before I changed the oil, but now after changing it, there is a whining noise that is coming from either the front or the primary, its hard to tell. I did a search and found that the common issue was the primary chain being too tight, but there was no noise before the oil change. Is there just not enough oil in the primary?

Did you ever find what the problem was? I am now getting this on my 2012 FLHTC with only 16k on it. rode it today and noticed it for the first time.
