I put a Kuryaken Smoked tail light on my Fatboy, with the license plate window and now, with the red bulb, my plate will be red. The base I work on is hot on colored license plate lights so this tail light is out for now.

I'm looking at the lit license plates and found this one (of which all that I have found are LED) http://www.jpcycles.com/product/970-337?source=iPaper and was wondering if anyone had an idea of what I will need to do to make this work on my ride.

It's to late for me to talk to the JP Gurus and I sure don't want to order something else to collect dust on the shelf. Any help is appreciated and I can't respond to any questions until tomorrow. Gotta hit the rack to go in to work at 2 a.m. Shift work sucks!

 

OK, well probably wasn't clear on my inquiry of this LED set-up, or maybe just a dumb question, but I found out what I needed today from a co-worker.
H explained LED's and the use of resistors, if not included in the assembly. Think I'm ready to order now...
