The right turn signal on my 1993Electra Glide Classic only flashes while sitting still. While at any speed it flashes once and is steady on. The left side works properly and the hazard lights work fine. Anyone had similar problems or suggestions where to start?

 

is it both right turn signals or just front or rear?

I'd start by replacing bulbs as that's likely to be the culprit.
