Default HID lights ef`d up

Just got done installing an HID light kit in my Road Glide. Tested good before I buttoned it up. So I buttoned it up and backed out of the garage, closed door and hit brights and back to lo and no lights. It`s a fiasco sometimes the lows come back on sometimes not sometimes one side oR the other is out. Turn them off and let sit a couple minutes and lo beams good. WTF?

So, did you unbutton the headlamps and check your wiring over again?
I have had several D_ _ it moments of late and a re-check of said instructions
has found the culprit, but not before blowing several fuses (head lamp circuit).
Then again , maybe it is a defective part .
Is this an HD HID kit or an after market set up or a custom HID kit?
Just asking a couple questions to jog your memory to see if something was
missed.

Kinda doubt it to be wiring problem From what I`ve seen on the net it needs a relay which wasn`t part of the bargain. I`m not afraid of relays but the congestion of wiring allready is a concern and don`t know if I trust this brand (not a rip-off HD product). Been running a chepo HID in my car for a while with no problems and don`t have a relay on it. The loww beams work fine, which are HID. When hi-beam (halogen) is used then the low beams sometimes don`t come back when selected.

He said he doesn`y know why I`m having this problem. I told him I`ve lost all confidence in the product and will send it back. That`s that.
