Default Rear LED light issues.

I bought the factory LED kits for my 2010 Ultra. The turn signals work as they are suppose too. However the blue wire that comes from the two turn signals does nothing. The LEDs themselves are getting hot and when I apply the brakes the stock brake light, and the new LED brake lights t up, but the turn signals themselves stay on for about 1.5 seconds after I let the brake go. I also see that the turn signals are much brighter than the brake light LED. I have gone over the wiring diagram 4 times and the red/yellow wires go where they are suppose to go and the blue wires are where they need to be. The purple and black for each turn signal are correct also. What am I missing here? The only thing I can think is that the wires that are n the turn signals are switch at the factory? Here is the pic from the wiring diagram and the back of the housing.

Any ideas?

Well I got it figured out. Big thanks to Scott Stimple at Destination Harley in Tacoma for letting me know. What happened is the previous owner put on a turn signal brake light adapter. And the HD LED's are meant to work as brake lights. He told me to pull out the black adapter from the kit and they should work just fine, and WAL-LA!! They are dim like they should be like the brake light and work correctly now.
