Default passing lights

Just got my first Harley at 63! Looking for help connecting the passing lights on a 2004 Road King Police. It looks like there was a relay for the pursuit lights which was removed. I think that is where I need to put a relay or something to close the circuit to activate the lights. There was a flasher relay there before I think. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Jim

Here's the difference between aux lights and pursuit lights wiring diagram, so if you run the wire coming from the relay output (#87) to the + wires from the passing lights you'll be OK:
