Lost a turn signal...
Lost a turn signal in a drop. Need to put new one on, any pointers? Anything I need to know not to do?

? What bike? Did the whole assy fall off, bulb go bad, lens lost? Bulbs you push them in and 1/4 turn clockwise.

Not to do? Don't go to the dealer. There's plenty of good take-offs to be had. Depending on year and model, get the pair. Lenses fade.

Bent the bolt current signal was on, shattered lens, took off signal and taped wires off. 2009 sportster. Looks like I can take off other one and buy a new set. Anything I should be wary of when changing them out?

Nope. Just make sure you connect the write wires to the corresponding wires. I think 09's are 3 wires, ground, brake, running. Soldier and heat shrink.
