Default Help no tail light

I bought a radiantz led lay down tail light. Supposed to be plug and play plug it in no light. Plugged in old tail light no light. I have checked all the fuses and I have running lightsand brake lights on the tour pack and fender tip but no tail light. It is an 09 ultra. Any help will be appreciated.

Check wires at plug. Bike side of loom.

Also are you grounding or just holding it in your hand.

Then the connection is lost at the plug. Thats where your problem is. Pull on suspect wire while holding plug. If insulation is the only thing holding it together it'll come apart in your hands.

I just skipped the circuit board and wired from the harness. We'll see how that works. Thanks to all that replied.
