I know there are others out there who have done it, can you help a brother out? Here are some of my questions : 1. Do you use the clear LEDs with colored lenses or go with a colored lens w/clear or colored lens?
2. Does the LEDs mess with HDs secuirity?
3. Are the units sold by Drag Specialties any good? Whats better?

The basic rule of thumb is if you have colored lenses you use clear bulb and if you have clear lens you use color bulb.
I have clear lenses for my front turn signals so I use an amber bulb, I have red lens in rear so I use clear bulb.

Drag has very good stuff, but my front and rear came from Kuryakyn along with a lot of other goodies I got from them. I never had a problem with Kuryakyn their directions are spot on and you can't beat their chrome.

 

Oh and no problem with HD security either

One more question for those that know. Will these LEDs be brighter than stock? Compared to those Bright *** Lights, how bright are they?
