Default High Beam and fog lights

Regarding my 2004 Road King Classic... Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the High Beam and fog lights on at same time?
I had this same problem with my Jeep Wrangler and had to snip something to solve the situation. I just don't like not having control over the lights that I use. I think I'm smart enough to turn off my high beam when I have to and some times the extra light at night in the Adirondack Mountains area is very much needed.

Thanks!

So, it looks to me like you simply clip the yellow wire between the headlamp connector and the passing lamp switch, and connect it to the orange/red wire connecting to the accessory switch, pin #4.

Also, how do you get under there? I took a quick look at it today, looks like quite a pita.

I cut the blue (hot) going up to the headlight switch so that they stay on the same circuit. The other will work just fine depending on how much load you put on the accessory switch. (I'm no electrical engineer, it just made more sense to keep it on the same circuit it is now, just bypass the switch.

Steve,

Where is the blue going to the headlight switch? Do you have pics?
