Hi, I'm new to this forum and I've got a quick question. I just bought an 07 Softail Custom which is great. The only problem I have is when I hit a bump (which doesn't have to be too big) the headlight rattles. It seems the light is loose inside the housing. You can tap it and it rattles. Is there any type of rubber packing or seal that is supposed to keep the light tight to the bezel when the bezel is screwed to the housing? Thanks, Bob

 

On mine the mount is just riveted to the headlight and rattles. Still haven't found a perfect fix.
