Do you leave the battery tender on?
How many people leave your bike on the battery tender all the time? I have been just putting mine on it once a week for 4-5 hours. Should I just leave it connected when the bike sits because sometimes with the weather it is 2-3 weeks before a nice day comes along.

I unplug before a ride, plug back to bike on return. Have had great results with the Tender!

If I know that I will not be riding for a while, I plug it in. If it has been more then 3 or 4 days, I will plug it in.

Pluged in
When I put mine up for the winter I plug in the tender & leave it until spring.

A Proper Tender ( not a charger ) will shut itself off when battery reaches desired voltage so can leave it on all the time not riding and more than likely get quicker starts and longer Battery Life...

All the time during the winter, if I know I'm not going to be on it for a couple of days in the summer I will put it on then as well.
