Default Battery charger question

I have an 08 RKC. The battery is a year old. I have had a Harley Global charger since I bought the bike. I always keep it on unless I intend to ride within a few days (3-4). Recently, only the yellow charging light comes on. The green "charged" light does not. I have left it charging for about 3 days and it still does not indicate it is fully charged. I have not experienced any obvious battery problems. Does this sound normal ? Anyone else experience the same ?

Thanks !
