Unhappy Turn signal troubles

Posted this in touring section, not any response there.
Hoping for help here.

For about the last month or so so my 07 FLHTC has been throwing codes
B1123 (HFSM) Left Turn Output Short to Ground
B1124 (HFSM) Right Turn Output Short to Ground
Bike has a biketronics led turn signal kit,I have traced and cleaned all
grounds and bulb sockets ,also found a couple cut wires at the horn bracket.
Seems to me dealer did not route the cruise cable correctly and caused wires
to rub on the horn bracket, corrected that issue.
Short of running new ground wires or checking wires at the handle bars
I am at my wits end.
Looking for any advice from whom may have experienced similar or what
avenue to pursue now.
TIA Hinzy
