Default Turn signal problem

I have a '95 FXDWG that I'm having a front turn signal problem with. The right one works, but when I turn on the left one, it goes off and flashes very slowly. I replaced the bulb, but it still has the problem. I'm not sure if there is a short or just an intermittent connection. If anyone can help, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the help. I talked to a friend of mine and he confirmed my suspicion that I had a bad ground. I checked it this weekend and got it working.
