Serious Wiring Problems: 2007 Fat Boy

That is not a twin cam engine.
And not a Harley engine, it is some brand of aftermarket Evo copy.
The ignition module is for `96 and later Evo.
I think I can see a CV Carburetor, and it has head breathers.
Pull the dash and show us what it looks like underneath, ignition switch etc.
Also a couple of pics of the switches on the handlebars.

Will do. The carb has the HD emblem right on top of it. The guy told me it was a 2007 Evo...but I wasn't sure.
I will post more pics in a few minutes.

I have been getting a short reading with my múlti-meter across all of the fuses. ECM, all lights, ignition have all been disconnected. I have fixed all but 1. The white wire going to the headlight. It is giving me a reading. The light is disconnected, so, its not the light...
The other 2 was the horn. Once i disconnected the wires, those ground sorts disappeared.

i also was talking to a friend of mine a little while ago. Sent him pictures as well. He said it looks like a late 90's Evo. 97-99 maybe?

I've figured out the wiring issues, mostly. There was a direct short between the two connections on the horn. Not a readable resistance, a dead short. Disconnected it and the curse stayed intact.
The other problem, i am ashamed to say, was a damaged or bad battery.
With no draw, it was reading 12.76 volts. With no lights on and switch turned on, dropped to 9.01 volts. With lights on, dropped to 0.0 volts. Tried to light up a single bulb by direct connection, dropped to 0.0 volts. No light.
Switched batteries and reconnected all wires he had cut, except rear lights (fender and lights aren't on the bike), starter solenoid rebuilt and replaced with a push button, replaced oil, etc., hooked up all sensors (neutral, oil, etc.) And gave it a go. Everything was on, working, starter turned the motor over strongly.... but now i have no spark.
Changed the coil pack 3 times. Neither one gave spark.
Checked wires from breaker (distributer) and all looks fine. Tried reversing coil wires, no difference.
So now i am assuming ECM? It isn't in the best shape.
Or could i be missing something else?
