Is there a company that makes new wiring harness?

google is your friend.
they are not that hard to make but if you want plug and play, open your wallet wide, several hundred dollars.
you might try jp cycles

That being said, actually they are quite common. JP cycles as suggested earlier. Amazon, e-Bay, and Dennis Kirk.

You could easily make that yourself however but a few hundred is not bad..
