I have an 08 Dyna Wide Glide 105yr anniv edition. Can someone please tell me where i can get a keyed power source ???????????

Go to https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson.com/sip/ select your language and locale, then Customer VIN or instruction sheet lookup, enter your VIN, then select vehicle documents, select the wiring diagram and go from there.
Look for the Accessory circuit.

What are you trying to install? I would probably use the parking light is the source, tap into it and use that as a signal for a relay to not rob power from the parking lights.

I'm running sequential turn signals they need constant power they don;t draw much at all, I was thinking of taping into the tail light run wire but don't know if its the blue/white wire or the blue wire? right now I'm getting power from a grey 3 wire plug in the diagnostics fuse panel. Getting information on these bikes is like pulling teeth !!!!

Tail lights are almost always the blue wire.
