With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do... -Miracle Max
What can you do if he is dead? -Inigo Montoya.
"Go through his pockets and look for loose change" -Miracle Max.
OK, enough dead jokes.
Charge the battery (if you are using one of those wimpy .75 amp battery tenders, you may be better off taking it to Miracle Max).
Take the fully charged battery to an auto parts store and have them load test it.
That way you will know if it is mostly dead, or All Dead...
You must know the battery`s condition before you attempt to troubleshoot.

Sound like batt went dead and set off security, not enough power with just charger to disable security, so like was stated in previous post, get that batt out and either replace it (if has sat dead for six months then it likely have up the ghost 4 months ago) or recharge it using a real charger and not a trickle or tender type charger. Batteries do not do well sitting while dead.
