Default 96 Fatboy right turn signal.

Just happened today,
  • Right front turn signal stay on steady but does not blink.
  • Indicator light stays steady, does not blink.
  • Right rear light does not light up, even as rear running ligh.
  • changed rear bulb, 1156, still same problems.

stock 1996 FLSTF Fatboy. Nothing trick on it.

Has anybody have this problem?
What did you find and how did you fix it?

I checked the forums and I’m good at electricals, that is going to change soon.

Next stop is to the local shop when I can get off work to get it fixed. Using right turn hand signal until then.

Here are schematics I found online. Does the rear turn signal have a good ground? I would unplug connectors and clean them and check continuity from one end to the other. If you disconnect the TSM you could hook a test light to battery positive and touch the turn signal wire going to the back and see if it lights.
