Default Running light help!!

Hey y’all. So I have a 98 sporty. I’m in the process of getting rid of the switch boxes and cleaning up the wiring loom. So far everything has been good. Headlight and brake lights work, and it turns over. However for some reason I don’t have a tail light running lights. Not sure if I accidentally clipped something. I’ve gone through the manual schematics but can’t fogure it out. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Never mind..I think I found it. I check the voltage going out to the fender and I had 12v. Jiggled the wires and it’s started flickering. Def got a break or bad connection somewhere from the fender back.
