Auxiliary lamp kit 17sg not working

I recently purchased the aux/passing lamp kit, has anyone used this kit before and done the install. I not having success with the switch included in the kit turning on the lights any suggestions? The turn signals work and 4 way

I cant locate any guidance, please help the p/n is from HD 67800366A, I just want the passing lamps to function......
