Then if you plug the main fuse back in you will ,(should), have 12V at each fuse holder. Ignition switch was off?

First off, I want to thank you for all your assistance in chasing out this problem.
With the ignition switch in off, I have no voltage at 2a, 2b, 2c, 2e, 2f. But I do have 12 volts at 2D (weird). I pulled each fuse and checked in the sockets for voltage.
Once again thanks for all you help and patience.

Put in a few presets on your radio and see if they are still there after you turn your bike off. Do your lights blink a couple times after you shut the bike off?
Try a few more measurements. Look at drawing 1 of 5 again, see the battery just right of center at the top. The positive goes to the Starter, it's covered by the black rubber boot at the starter.
Set your meter for DC V, (ign off), and hook the black lead to the battery negative,(and leave it there), touch the red meter lead to the battery positive +12V. Now touch red meter lead to starter lug under the boot, +12V. Now take the red lead and check both sides of the Main fuse, +12V both sides. Have you found the B+ connector 160B, it's usually under the seat, check it with the red lead +12V. Now go to the ECM, Radio memory or Battery Fuse you should have +12 V on both sides of all fuses. Check the fuses like the guy in the video, pointed lead in the fuse corners.
Let me know what you find
