Default Issue with ONE Brake Light

I have a 2014 Harley break out.The problem I am having Is The right brake light Does not light up When I hit the brakes.I have changed the bulb with no luck. Wondering what it could be Since is just one light. If it was both lights I would say a fuse. Anyone have any ideas? Just trying to get it resolved on my own.

Any help is appreciated

If the bulb is good then I would look at the wiring harness to see if by chance there is damage or it is disconnected?
