Default New speedo question

I have a 2012 FXDB. I just installed HD's tricked out speedo part#70900100C.
I noticed what appears to be a check engine light that stays on. Can someone one confirm if this light in the picture is a check engine light. Light on the left right under the needle.

If it is how do I check for codes? And how do I clear codes?

Thanks for replying. I learned how to check for codes soon after I posted this and I had 2 pound codes and 3 b codes. They are all from past issues that have been fixed. I believe if I clear them out the check engine light will stay off. Now I just have to learnrsmith@rocketmail.com how to clear the codes.
