I have an 2001 Ultra Classic as I drive and gets about 3rd gear it shuts off the power does 15 seconds later the power comes right back on I just started up and it goes again and by the time I get up to it doesn't even have to be third gear it could be second after driving for a little while shuts off again what would this problem most likely be to me it seems like a safety feature like a low oil but it has oil so if anybody knows what the problem could be

 

If all the power - including lights goes out it is most likely the main circuit breaker. There was a recall for replacing it with a maxi fuse, but the real problem is one or more of the crimps at the eyelets to the circuit breaker. Check to see if the circuit breaker is very hot on the posts when it shuts down. The insulation on the wire by the bad eyelet may also look a little dark.
