So I installed new bars on my 07street glide yesterday. While removing the stereo there was a wire tie that was attached to the ignition harness i didn't see till it was to late. The wires pulled out and since my dumbass didn't disconnect the battery I blew the 40amp maxi fuse. I replaced the fuse and now the security light (red key emblem) comes on....but nothing else. No lights, fuel pump, radio, ignition nada. checked all the fuses and they are good. Checked the wiring to the bars and no pinched wires at the controls. Any ideas?

 

First things first, did you get all of the wires reconnected at the ignition, second thing is your battery charged and connected properly?
