Default Turn signal is loose

Hello all, my right side front turn signal on my '15 883 is loose at the connection on the housing body of the signal itself. I have taken the front cover off and removed the bulb, but am at a loss as to how to remove the interior socket portion itself so that I can get inside the housing and tighten it up. Firstly, is there even a nut on the inside of the housing that tightens up to the shaft from the handlebar? If so, how do I remove the interior socket portion so that I can tighten it? Any help here is greatly appreciated.

No, there isn't a nut on the inside of the indicator housing.
You have to tighten it by turning the indicator housing onto the shaft from the handle bar you mentioned. This will likely make the indicator point in the wrong direction depending on how far you have to turn it to tighten.
Then if you look above the mounting shaft to the handlebar, you'll see a small 5/32" allen key grub screw that you need to release to point the turn signal back in the correct direction.
Keep an eye on the wiring that it doesn't get twisted up as you tighten the indicator housing to the shaft.
