2013 CVO Road King Audio Issue

2013 CVO Road King Audio Issue
I have a 2013 CVO Road King and over the last 2 weeks, I have an issue with ANYTHING I plug into the Audio Interface Unit (I already swapped out the Audio Interface Unit so that is not it). Whether it is my ipod(s) or phone, using either the IPOD connector or the headphone jack, I get this: The volume on the Ipod/phone goes to full volume and I cannot use the hand controls, as they are completely unresponsive. Any ideas?
