Default No headlight on 99 Sporty

I replaced the bulb first, but was wondering if there is a switch anywhere that works the headlight........took handlebar switch loose, wires look good........I have neither low nor high, so I am thinking it's probably a ground issue.......test lights broke, so I am heading to get one of those now. It quit before I replaced the ignition switch for a separate issue.....turn signals are fine, horn works, no other issues that I know of. Thanx in advance for the help.

Is the taillight working? Looks like power runs thru the ignition switch, then the LIGHTS fuse, and then splits to the taillight and the headlamp hi/low switch on a BE (blue) wire. From the hi/low switch to the headlight are 2 leads Yellow & White (I don't know which is hi or low). If the taillight is working then the Lights fuse is good. I'd start at the headlight socket and work back from there.

Thank you! Actually the tail light is not working either. I hadn't noticed that. It is pouring rain again (still), but now I have a clear direction where to start in the morning........where is the fuse? I really appreciate the help.

Problem solved. There was a bad splice on an old repair, the fuse was blown because the wire was bare...........Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
